bespoke art classes for children
I run regular art sessions for children aged 7 - 18 in from my garden studio, in Lithlithgow. These bespoke sessions are for children who love art and are keen to learn more about art materials and techniques and who want to gain confidence in their own creative abilities. The sessions are tailored to the level and interest of the individual child and offer a good grounding in art techniques through play and experimentation. Children discover that there are no mistakes in art and are encouraged to find their own voice as an artist.
Cost:
One to one sessions £25 p/h
Sessions for two children £12.50 p/h each
Format:
Generally, a two hour session is recommended as this allows enough time to become familiar with the materials before working on a piece of art in the second hour. There is a short break in the middle.
For two person sessions, two friends/siblings etc can come together or your child can be matched with a fellow student.
Times:
When I have availability, it is after school Tuesdays/Fridays. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly, usually following school terms.
I am passionate about children's art and it's a privilege to help them reach their creative potential.
